Learn about BASMAA's role in Bay Area municipal storm water programs. BASMAA was started in response to the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting program for storm water in an effort to promote regional consistency and to facilitate efficient use of public resources.	View programs and projects that BASMAA has conducted in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1994/ These programs range from commercial and industrial pollution source control, to new construction best management practices and environmental monitoring protocol standardization. You can view these projects, contact the lead agancies involved and request to have documents sent to you from our Programs and Projects page.	Request and download a variety of publication documents, reports, brochures, video tapes and other media available free of charge to the public, city and county agencies and employeers.
